1. General
By using our site and/or our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Appointment Policy
- Appointments can be booked by phone, WhatsApp or our online booking system.
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your confirmed appointment when possible.
- Cancellations or changes must be notified at least 24 hours in advance.
- For appointments missed without notice, we may request a deposit for any future booking.
3. Late Arrival
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the service may be shortened or the appointment cancelled.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Service prices are listed on our site and may vary based on hair length and condition.
- An exact price is provided during the pre-service consultation.
- Payment is taken in-salon by cash or card.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the result, contact us within 7 days for a free revision. A request for a completely different service will be treated as a new appointment.
6. Health & Hygiene
Please share any relevant health or skin information (allergies, sensitivities) before the service. All our tools are sterilised and we follow strict hygiene protocols.
7. Conduct
Please be respectful of our other clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately.
8. Site Content
All text, images and branding on this site are protected by copyright. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while in the salon. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms when needed. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
